Liberty Wool

Beth brought me lunch today and I thought she was being a nice sister. Wrong. She wanted my car. It was the perfect day to drive around with the top down.

June is here which means that last two colours of Liberty wool for the spring should be arriving sometime next week.
7887 Verdant Violet
Instant Gratification Cowl
This bulky cowl showcases Liberty Wool in a brand new way! Worked with three strands of the same color held together, the stripes shift at different rates, giving this cowl an unexpected marled look. Wear this plush seed stitch cowl as a single loop or doubled for extra warmth.

Finished Measurements 40" circumference and 9" tall

Chintz Short Row Wrap
This quick-to-knit wrap begins with a narrow scalloped edging and then it is shaped with garter stitch short rows. There is no need to wrap and turn on these short rows – the garter stitch hides the gaps.

Finished Measurements 10" deep and 66" long
These patterns are free with yarn purchase and exclusively available from LYS’s participating in the Liberty Wool subscription program from Classic Elite Yarns. In July, these patterns will be available for purchase as a PDF on Ravelry.
We're getting ready for The Preakness and game 2 of the Stanley Cup finals. Fingers crossed lots of knitting. My first ball is almost done. I brought home a mannequin so that I can get good pictures tomorrow.

Happy Saturday! I hope you are enjoying the beautiful day.

If I bring you lunch, can I borrow the car too? It was worth a try :)

Yes, you can have the car. However, it isn't just lunch. Grocery shopping. Dry Cleaners. Drug store.... :)
