Unicorn Tails

I'm a bit obsessed with mini skeins right now. These allow you to knit something with lots of colours without having leftovers.
Pattern: Magmatic Boom (purchased on Ravelry)
The sample used 2 skeins each of antler, silver fox, rain water, dust bowl and dirty panther
The chevron stitch with elongated stitches and placed beads that zig-zag within the pattern is too much fun!

There are 30 colours in all and we have most of them in stock. A shipment of unicorn tails from madelinetosh should be arriving this week and then we'll have them all. Can't decide which ones to knit with? Why not knit Unicorn Stripes?
All 30 colours are used in this fun to wear scarf.
Pattern: Unicorn Stripes (purchased on Ravelry)
This pattern lets your create a tube scarf or cowl. You decide!

Stephen West isn't one to shy away from colour. He used the unicorn tails for an interesting scarf.
Pattern: Unicorn Parallelogram (pattern purchased on Ravelry)
Choose 20 colors of fingering weight yarn like Madelinetosh Unicorn Tails and knit this easy biased scarf. The garter stitch fabric makes this project ideal for on-the-go knitting.

There are many more patterns on Ravelry that will work great with unicorn tails.

Now it's time for some House of Cards. We've only made it through six episodes so far. I feel a late night ahead of us.
