Self Striping

We love Mille Colori Baby. A self-striping pure merino wool. Yes, there are many baby patterns in the yarn but we love it for adults too. I just purchased this scarf pattern on Ravelry. It uses 6 balls - 2 balls each of 3 colours.

I was going to have Lynda make the scarf but I was missing one colour. It's here now along with two brand new colours.

ZickZack is a free pattern on Ravelry and takes 4 balls of Mille Colori Baby - 2 colours, 2 balls each.
You can purchase the pattern for this cute smock on Ravelry.
Svetlana Gordon's Poison Ivy (pattern purchased on Ravelry) is knit with 7 balls.

Here is a link to many more patterns for Mille Colori Baby on Ravelry.

Today was spent knitting and watching football. It was the first week of playoffs in Fantasy Football. We were the first place team and lost. We're done and it's so sad. Now it's time to clean the house. We're having mom, dad and friends over for dinner tomorrow night.
