Spring/Summer garments for a snowy day

Lynda has been busy. We sent her new yarn from Knit One Crochet Too to make store samples. More important - samples for the Frolic.

This is Color Affection (pattern purchased on Ravelry) knit in Cozette.
Cozette a wonderfully soft yarn, blending silk and cotton in beautiful colors. The finished fabric has a slight homespun texture with beautiful drape. Perfect for lace work and crochet.
You need 3 colours, 2 skeins each. We used Ivory, Seaglass and Amber. The shawl is supersoft and super light. Perfect for a cool summer evening.
The Liz Cardigan (free pattern) is knit in Ty-Dy Cotton.
Ty-Dy cotton is our beautiful rainbow-dyed, self striping yarn in 100% cotton. This ultra soft worsted weight yarn is perfect for adding a eye-popping color change to your knits.
Knit in one piece, starting from the back and knit until you will separate for the 2 front panels. After, you will seem up side and hit the road!
Our sample is the smaller size and takes 4 balls. $87 for a great looking spring garment - you can't beat that.
Alex finished a new shawl. She made Palindrome (pattern purchased on Ravelry) with tosh merino light.
She did a great job - as she does with all her knitting.
I wasn't happy being outside in today's weather.
It's April 6. Where is the warm weather? I had to wear boots today. I have pretty new shoes that I want to wear.
